"We used Ben for our October first wedding and everything was amazing. He met with us before hand and made out the whole evening schedule for us. We didn't have to worry about anything during the time he was there because he started things immediately after dinner as planned. During dinner he also played light music. Last minute, we asked him to also do our ceremony music. He not only came to the wedding, but also to the rehearsal to make sure everyone walked down to the correct songs.
